cinnamon.cinnamon-control-center: Clean up

There is no test since 5.4.6, 23ba143 "wacom: Bring in line with
changes in muffin to fix support" removed the wacom-calibrator test.

All gio-unix-2.0 dep seemed to be properly declared. Still builds.
