lib/attrset: miscellaneous optimizations
- Eta reduce `mapAttrsRecursiveCond`, `foldAttrs`, `getAttrFromPath`. - Modify `matchAttrs` to use `elemAt` instead of `head (tail xs)` to access elements. - Modify `matchAttrs` to use `any id` instead of `foldr and true`.
