element-desktop: capitalise startupWMClass desktop attribute
The `WMClass` for element-desktop is `Element`, however GNOME fails to reconcile this with the desktop file as the `startupWMClass` attribute of the desktop is `element`. Capitalise the attribute which fixes the issue.
