John Ericson	1ac5398589	*-wrapper; Switch from `infixSalt` to `suffixSalt` I hate the thing too even though I made it, and rather just get rid of it. But we can't do that yet. bsd: init netbsd & openbsd userland

Adds a couple of useful NetBSD and OpenBSD derivations. Some of these
will be integrated into Nixpkgs later.

Noncomprehensive list:
