7bba32a069 darwin packages: Get ready for cross
If things build fine with `stdenvNoCC`, let them use that. If tools
might be prefixed, prepare for that, either by directly splicing or just
using the env vars provided by the wrapper setup-hooks.

9811bf2258 treewide: cleanup phases from last commit
The last commit broken Darwin stdenv. We still need to skip some
phases when Apple provides a Makefile that shouldn’t be used.

29f265dfd2 Add a big bundle of packages from apple source releases. Many of them only provide headers or stubs, but are what's needed for the upcoming pure-darwin stdenv, and don't do any harm for now. 2015-02-08 01:53:52 -05:00
