fetchbzr, fetchdarcs, fetchhg: use rev attr
This makes it match the behaviour of fetchgit and fetchsvn, so it's
easier to write scripts that support all of them.

ocropus: it was still missing a package: lxml
Now "./run-tests" passes. But it can't be run without DISPLAY, so
I don't run it in the builder.

Making ocropus-hocr run (matplotlib + gdk backend)
I added the gtk backend to matplotlib; if these added dependencies are
too much, we can make this optional.
