Previously, we needed something like
inkscape-with-extensions.override { inkscapeExtensions = builtins.filter lib.isDerivation (builtins.attrValues inkscape-extensions); }
Now, we can just do
inkscape-with-extensions.override { inkscapeExtensions = null; }
