AndersonTorres 1c0d37a038 Higan: adding config.higan.{guiToolkit,profile} options
Now we can parametrize Higan locally.
By default, guiToolkit = "gtk" and profile = "performance" (the accuracy
profile is seriously slow on my machine :) )

Closes #4340
